Access is self-service. Before arrival you will receive by email the location, access instructions and the code for the safe box where the key is kept

You can play music at a moderate volume. Loud music that might disturb other houses is not allowed. El Escondite is an environment for rest and nature

Villa Los Fresnos sleeps 4 to 5 people, with the extra bed

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 100 m², all on a single floor

One 1.40 m double bed, two single beds and an extra bed

The living room is glazed and integrated with the kitchen and dining area, with views of the garden and the mountains

It is private, rectangular and easy to access. The Balinese bed, loungers and pool operate in season, from May to September

Each house has a coffee machine for ground coffee (Melitta type) and a machine for flexible pods (Senseo type)

In Candeleda, about 7 minutes by car, there are supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers and other shops

• Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided
• For cots, guests must bring their own sheets

Yes, there is wifi in the house

Outside the restriction season, the barbecue is available. During the season when charcoal or gas barbecues are banned, electric grills can be requested

Yes, we allow pets. The supplement is €10 per pet per night

Yes, we are in the middle of nature. It is normal to find insects typical of the surroundings. The houses have mosquito nets, insect repellent spray and a basic first-aid kit

Yes. The access roads are paved and can be reached by car. As it is a mountain area, there are some steep sections

In Candeleda and the surrounding area there are restaurants serving traditional cuisine and other dining options

Yes, Villa Los Fresnos has a fireplace

Yes. It has the usual utensils for the stay: frying pans, a pressure cooker, a kettle, a hand blender and a toaster

The water comes from a chlorinated well. For babies and small children, bottled water is recommended

Yes. The bathrooms have shower gel and shampoo, and there are basic cleaning products and dishwasher detergent

• 25% of the total is paid as a deposit by card, with the remaining 75% due five days before check-in
• On the check-in day a 10% security deposit is held, released between 7 and 30 days after checkout

Yes. Candeleda has a health centre a few minutes away by car. There is also a hospital in Talavera de la Reina, approximately 40 minutes away
