How do I get into the house?

Access is self-service. Before arrival you will receive the location, access instructions and the lockbox code for the key by email

Is music allowed?

Music can be played at a moderate volume. Loud music that could disturb other houses is not allowed. El Escondite is a place for rest and nature

How many people fit?

Villa Los Robles sleeps 6 guests + 1 extra bed

How are the bedrooms laid out?

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is on an upper floor

What beds does the house have?

One king-size bed and four single beds

What are the living room and kitchen like?

The living room, kitchen and dining room are open and integrated into a single space

Is there a coffee maker?

Each house has a coffee maker for ground Melitta-style coffee and a machine for flexible Senseo-style pods

Are there supermarkets nearby?

In Candeleda, about 7 minutes by car, there are supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers and other shops

Do the houses have sheets and towels?

Sheets, towels and pool towels are provided
For cots, guests must bring their own sheets

Is there wifi?

Yes, there is wifi in the house

Can I barbecue?

Outside the restricted season, the barbecue is available. During the season when charcoal or gas barbecues are banned, electric griddles can be requested

When is the pool available?

The pool is private. The day bed and sun loungers operate in season, from May to September

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we allow pets. The surcharge is €10 per pet per night

Are there insects?

Yes, we are surrounded by nature. It is normal to find insects typical of the area. The houses have mosquito nets, insect repellent spray and a basic first-aid kit

Is it easy to get there by car?

Yes. The access roads are paved and can be reached by car. Being in a mountain area, there are some sloped stretches

Are there restaurants nearby?

In Candeleda and the surrounding area there are traditional restaurants and other dining options

Does the house have a fireplace?

Yes, Villa Los Robles has a fireplace

Is the kitchen equipped?

Yes. It has the usual utensils needed for the stay: frying pans, a pressure cooker, kettle, hand blender and toaster

Is the water drinkable?

The water comes from a chlorinated well. For babies and young children, bottled water is recommended

Is there shower gel, shampoo and cleaning products?

Yes. The bathrooms have shower gel and shampoo, and there are basic cleaning products and dishwashing liquid

How is the booking paid?

A 25% deposit is paid by card and the remaining 75% five days before check-in
A 10% deposit is held on the day of check-in, released between 7 and 30 days after check-out

Is there a health centre nearby?

Yes. Candeleda has a health centre a few minutes away by car. There is also a hospital in Talavera de la Reina, approximately 40 minutes away
